What's PageRank?

PageRank is just one of the methods Google uses to calculate the importanse of a webpage.

Google utilizes many factors to calculate the importance and raking for a webpage and where to show the webpage among the other searchresults.
Among these PageRank is the most known.
PageRank is based on two important factors:
  1. How many links from their webpage to yours?
  2. What PageRank does the webpage that links to yours have?.


To improve the PageRank you need to get links from other webpages to yours, mainly from webpages with high PageRank. The total number from links on the page that has the link is also important: A link from a webpage where the link to your place is the only one counts more than if the page has 100 links (linkfarms and others).

Contenta Search er en søkemodul som lar deg søke gjennom dokumenter (Adobe PDF, Excel, Word, tekstfiler, + + +) som ligger under ditt nettsted eller til en tilknyttet nettverksmappe.
Søket kan settes opp til å bruke filrettighetene til brukeren som er innlogget, slik at ikke alle filene er tilgjengelig for alle, eller til å være tilgjengelig for alle dine kunder/brukere.
Søket nyttegjør seg Windows Index Services, noe som gir søket svært raskt oppslag.
